After a long time exploration and practice, we have developed an intelligent inspection instrument, which has solved the difficult problem of mutual interference in the condoms detection process, and can distinguish between the qualified and unqualified condoms. It enables the dry method to continuously detect as the wet method does, and breaks through the bottleneck of low production capacity of the condom dry testing machine. The new generation of the dry electric testing machine can detect 300 condoms per minute. It greatly improves the production capacity, really gains the aim of energy conservation and cost reduction and investment saving.

In the respect of energy conservation and consumption reduction, through a series of experiments by our technicians, such as heat balance test, data collection, analysis and calculation, we have improved the heat supplying design and scientifically chosen heat supply system in closed circuit circulation with hot oil conducting. It is a significant achievement that with this heat supplying system, the total standard coal consumption is 19.5kgs for producing 10, 000 condoms, reduced by over 40%, compared with the conventional heat supplying system. The new generation of full-automatic large-scale condom 3in1 vulcanizing machine, designed and manufactured by adopting a new design concept, increases the production capacity by 50%, compared with the original one, without changing the vulcanization time. It greatly improves the heat efficiency of drying, makes the heat energy consumption of the post processor drop by above 50%. The recycling device for white carbon black release agent, additional equipment designed and made at the same time, makes the consumption of the condom white carbon black controlled below 1.3kgs per 10, 000 condoms.
