We keep improving and optimizing our products ever since the establishment of the company, and have created series of products of DBY3 electric diaphragm pumps and magnetic drive pumps. Pneumatic diaphragm pumps totally, with more than twenty years of experience and technology. They are widely used in chemical industry, environmental protection, oil extraction, pharmacy, food, metallurgy, paper-making, electric power and printing & dyeing with high quality and competitive prices.
We have passed ISO 9001 International Quality System Certification. And in 2010, we have awarded with the certificate of honor by the Organizing Committee for Co-Hall of PRIVATE Enterprises of 2010 Shanghai World Expo.
QBY3 series, third-generation pneumatic diaphragm pumps fully promoted by us, are the core products of a technology generated through Sino-American cooperation. They are the made-in-China kind of products fully using the technology from USA. With their reasonable designs, QBY3 series feature zero seal, explosion protection, low shearing, easy maintenance, idling capability, portability, self-pumping start and multiple material options etc.
As we perform constant upgrade and R & D for the products, we particularly take "Make every project/customers a sample project of BianFeng" as our object of service. Therefore, we have set the most comprehesive sales service system in China: A total of 10 departments, 30 responsible regions and 65 terminals for sales service. As for services such as selectiong of software type and patrol inspection of products, a team comprising 7 levels of professionals, including managers of service department and service engineers, will provide active, fast, comprehensive and considerate services for our customers. We have also established the systems of customer archiving and 24h rapid response etc in order to make every project/customer as a sample project of BianFeng.
