Formo machinery introduces silicon sol lost wax casting technology, using advanced casting production machine, high precision CNC machine tools and spectrometer, metallurgical microscope, hardness tester, universal material testing machine, three coordinate and other testing machine. According to GB, ASTM, ANSI, BS, DIN, JIS and other standards, our company mainly produces stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel precision castings etc. The weight of the individual cast ranges between 2g-50kg, the roughness degree on the surface of the casts can reach Ra3.2, and the dimension precision can reach CT5-6 or CT4-6. Which can satisfy customer's specific technical requirements such as deep hole, complex cavity, accurate positioning, etc. Due to its domestic advanced technology level and excellent cost-effective, our products have been sold to many countries such as Japan, Italy, USA and adopted by many famous enterprises.
