Corrugator and Flexos make a complete, industrial chain from corrugating to printing to forming of boxes.
Rolls of kraft paper in mill roll stands (of both medium, & Liner's) are fed into the corrugator and run through preheating, corrugating (of A-C-B-E flute), gluing, steam-heating, press-cooling, cross cutting, slitter-scorer trimming the cardboard into large sheets called box blanks and finally slide into automatic stacker that loads them onto a large, rolling platform. From here, box blanks, the finished products, will be transported to the other machines that will convert them into finished containers / boxes. We have 3, 5, 7 layers production lines at both high and medium speed for your option. Width from 1400mm to 2500mm. Speed from 80m/min to 250 m/min
