Shanghai Gaoji Biological Engineering Co., Ltd (BeautyCn fermentor, BeautyCn Mini High-speed Spray Dryer)was established in 1989 and it is affiliated to the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology as an important scientific research and production unit. It was reconstituted as a high-tech joint-stock company by Shanghai Gaoji Industry Parent Company, the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology and the backbone force of the original company in demand of the market development. The company is mainly engaged in the research and manufacturing of biological engineering equipment, and has nominated in this line in China.

The company is located in Shanghai Pudong Kangqiao Industrial Zone, covering an area of 2, 000 square meters with nearly one hundred employees. It consists of six departments, a research institute and a manufacturing plant. The general manager, vice manager and chief engineer are all senior engineers with ranks of professor. More than sixty employees have professional titles of middle or senior ranks. The company is well-equipped and has strict management. It provides products of two categories: Biotechnology and medical equipments.
