Calcium lignosulphonate(Concret additives)
"YEATS"Brand calcium lignosulphonate(concret additives) is made from the spent liquor of sulphite pulping.
Characters:
1. The product is brown powder form. The dark or light colours is related on production method and particle size.
2. Effective constituent: Content of culcium lignosulphonate in the product is 50-60%. The elementary molecular structure is the derivativeof phenylpropane.
3. The product is easily soluble in water. It can be made into a solution of 1%-50%.
4. The product has a strong adhesiveness. The viscosity of its water solution increase with the concentration. The viscosity is much higher when the concentration reaches 50%.
5. The dry product or its water solution are chemically stable.
6. It is anionsurface active agent. It can disperse particles of cement in concrete and mixed uniformly.
7. It can remarkably improve the affinity of concrete and use 10-12% less water than usual and can remarkably increase fluidity of concrete when the same amount of water is used.
