Founded originally as Ruian Huada Pharmaceutical Machinery Co., Ltd. In 1992, we, Zhejiang Fuchang Machinery Co., Ltd., reformed to become a joint stock company in the year 2000. We specialize in the professional manufacturer of pharmaceutical machinery, with our main products being the NJP series of automatic hard gelatin capsule filling machines, the RG series of soft gelatin encapsulation machines and SDW automatic pellet-making machines.

Presently, we have 168 employees, including eight senior engineers and fifteen professional technicians, and twelve after-sales service technicians. Moreover, our machining capability is very strong, having more than forty sets of digital processing equipment and digitally controlled lathes. This means we can guarantee precision processing of key parts as well as being able to provide the client with the spare parts they require promptly.

Regarding certification and industry affiliations, we have taken a thoroughly professional approach, currently belonging as members to the China Institute of Pharmaceutical Machinery and Equipment. In addition, we passed inspection for ISO9001: 1994 international quality system certification in 2000, which was successfully upgraded to ISO9001: 2000 in May, 2004. Furthermore, GMP authentication was gained in 2002 for our NJP series of fully automatic capsule filling machines.

More recognition has been gained locally, an example of which was the title 'high and new tech enterprise of Zhejiang Province, ' bestowed on us in 2003; Others have involved the patenting of several of our products and the receiving of various approvals, including:
1) Passing inspection by the Chinese State Pharmaceutical Machinery (Tianjin) Test Center
2) Passing tests set by the Chinese State Economy and Trade Commission
3) All test items submitted for inspection met GMP requirements, surpassing professional standard (YY0254-1997)
4) Awarding of certificates for 'State Grade New Product, ' 'State Grade Torch Plan Item' and 'Zhejiang Province High and New Tech Product'

In terms of sales and the reach of the company, our hard capsule-filling machines sell very well on the domestic market, being positioned first place among manufacturers in this field. We have entered over 33 provinces in China and export to more than twenty countries and regions around the world. These countries include the USA, Canada, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Hong Kong and several countries in the Middle East, and combined with products sold domestically, these sales brought our annual turnover to USD 8, 000, 000 in 2003.
