Frousans Group is a sole corporate private enterprise which includes 4 companies: Frousans Knitting Co., Ltd., Dahan Dyeing & Weaving Co., Ltd., Dahan Garments Co., Ltd. and Dahan Electronics Co., Ltd. Now the Group has owned RMB 38 million fixed assets, 570 employees and 40 of them are technicians. Its whole plant area has covered 21 thousand square meters.

Based on a higher standing point, we have adopted advanced equipments and devices of computer design, sampling, testing and long-distance control on yarn dying and garment making.

Yarn making

Our company is the only one in China that was authoritated to dye and sell PEWLON SERIE yarns by Mitsibishi Corp.of Japan after our years of friendly cooperation. The fabric made of the yarn maintains pearskin-like appearance which sends out fresh and elegant luster, good color fastness and excellent wear resistance which add another attractiveness to the knitwear. The newly-developed yarns with the specification among 48D-300D include S-type twist, Z-type, false twist and composite yarn with daily production capacity of 1200kg.

Dyeing

We adopt CAS-140 bobbin dyeing machine introduced from HK. The machine can operate under whole computer data control. The products dyed from the machine is stable in performance, high in color fastness, bright in color and meet even above the technical reference and standards stated. The daily production capacity reaches 1000kg.

Ready-garment making

Our company has put sufficient material and human resource to the development of new products in order to provide various kinds of knitwear to satisfy our customers.
