Zhejiang Fenli Group was established in 1993. It's headquarter is located in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province, the biggest commodity distribution market inChina. It covers an area of over 50 hectares, with a registered capital of RMB 160 million, more than 6000 employees and total assets of RMB 1.8 billion's worth. In 2002 and 2003, Fennasi was identified as "famous brand" in Zhejiang Province, while Fenli in 2004 in both Zhejiang and Jiangsu Province. In 2006, Fennasi was identified as "famous brand" in the whole country and granted the exemption of inspections from General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine. In 2007, Fennasi was rated as the Top 10 inChina's clothing business, while the Group rated as the Top 500 of China's private enterprises as well as certified by ISO9001, ISO14001, SA8000 and ISO14024.

In 2003, Fenli Group built the Jiangsu Fennasi Ltd in Suqian, Jiangsu Province. In 2005, it built Jiangsu Zhonghao House Purchasing Ltd, and invested RMB 2.6 billion in building Suqian-Yiwu International Trade City. In 2008, the Group built another house purchasing company in Kunming, Yunnan Province, and invested RMB 32 billion in building Kunming Luoshiwan International Trade City.

In 2010, the Group invested RMB 800 million in building a new factory for Zhejiang Fennasi Socks Ltd, with a registered capital of RMB 10 million. The new factory was located in No. 5 Chunhan Road, Yiwu City, covering an area of about 7 hectares and an overall floorage of 20 hectares. The factory purchased 30 automatic sewing machines, 18 automatic crotch piece machines, several manual crotch piece machines, packaged air conditioners, blowing machines, and over 800 internationally recognized Ronati socks machines, with which added the company now have over 1800 technologically advanced socks production machines.
