Qing Dao Hong Yang Wooden Co., Ltd. is a specialized children's furniture manufacturer with current production capacity of 100 containers per month.

HY was established in 1998, located in Qingdao City (one hour's flight from Beijing or Shanghai). It takes 40 minute from our factory to Qingdao Airport and the city center, and 30 minutes to Qingdao Port by car. HY is a partner company of Dongmeng Woods (DM), which was established in 1992 in Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province. Heilongjiang Province is a famous Chinese forest region, with steady and good quality timber resources. DM supplies HY with good quality Chinese timber, and HY also imports raw materials, mainly radiate pine, from New Zealand.

HY started to make children's furniture in 2004, and we supply baby room sets (cribs, dressers and organizers) to large American retail chains. Since then, HY has concentrated on becoming a specialized children's furniture OEM manufacturer and developed our factory layout and production lines in accordance with the need of the industry.

We have built up a R&D team consisting of 5 professional engineers who has extensive experience and are familiar with all updated regulations in the field. In order to ensure consistently high quality, we have established a quality control department with 20 quality controllers. They are strictly working in accordance with the principle of "zero defect quality control procedure" developed in our factory. In regarding to workshop management, we carry out 5S management.

HY is becoming a good OEM manufacturer, and our factory obtained ISO9001 certificate in 2006 and FSC certificate in 2008.
