Zhangpu Emerald Blue Co., Ltd. is a sole-proprietary company established in 1995 by Japanese Shigematsu Co., Ltd, specializing in the headwear which includes cloth hat, straw hat, felt hat, and caps, with its annual production about 2 million pieces per style.

Most of its production machinery used in the three manufacturing plant were imported from Japan. All the key managers and designers have undergone training by Japanese experts. Arrangements are also made for our workers to study technical in Japan every year, which has made us have very excellent team work and the scientific management.

It has a sample division, staffed with professionals who are proficient in making patterns is in charged of the pattern making and design, using the most advanced equipment CAD. In the cutting department, it also introduced CAM so that we can produce a great deal of goods.

In order to ensure the quality control, the company has set up the Technical Quality control department with the aim of strengthening its control on product quality. This department ensure the production techniques and procedures conform to the set standard. Moreover, it has set up a blocking line to make its hats looks smart and beautifully before their delivery.
