As China's first company to accomplish scale production via tape-casting manufacturing processing, Huaqing owns a whole complete sets of manufacturing advanced and sophisticated equipments and inspection instruments imported from Japan, US, and the other developed countries for our electronic ceramic. Our tape-casting manufacturing processing and technics for AlN & Al2O3 ceramic have their originality and advance in tape-casting wet & furnish and low-cost sintering.
Huaqing's AlN & Al2O3 ceramic products have high thermal-conductivity, low dielectric constant, good dissipation factor and excellent mechanical property compared with the other factories in the industry. AlN & Al2O3 ceramic are widely used in HBLED, opto-communication, IGBT, power devices, TEC and the other high-end applications.
