At present, our company has more than 400 kinds of pistons and rings for Honda, YAMAHA, SUZUKI and KAWASAKI. Our products are excellent to bear high-temperature strength, thermal stability and lower thermal expansion & attrition coefficient on the base of strong and advanced technologies.

Equipment and technical

We process anodic and graphite sprayed techniques, especially new developed surface treatments like hi-tech aluminum-silicon-rare earth alloy piston reinforced by nanometer ceramic particle, twice-spray-coating graphite and molybdenum resin.

In the meantime, our main equipment is recommended from Japan. We use Nature Diamond Tools to make our products. We have so many machines to test our products. Such as 2 hardness testers, 4 analytical balances, 2 pneumatic micrometers, 1 metaloscopes, 2 roughmeter instrument and 2 shaped conductor testing machines.
