Principle
Use the magnetic field force to support the roll and remove the friction between the roll and supporting part
Detect the roll's positional information, adjust the roll's position through the magnetic field force, enable the roll's running accuracy to reach a high level
Self-developed control algorithm; add the positional information of roll's supporting part and printing surface to the algorithm, so as to adjust the roll's position and ensure the printing accuracy
Detect the position error of supporting part by the basic sensor, improve the roll's running accuracy by actively controlling roll's position in the radial direction, axial direction and five degrees of freedom according to the error
Detect the position error of roll's printing surface by the compensation sensor, improve the positional accuracy by actively controlling the roll's position according to the error
When applied for double-layer or multilayer printing, the roll's angle and position can be adjusted actively, so as to ensure the accurate overlapping of printing in each layer
