Today FEIFAN offers a comprehensive range of grinding balls for wet and dry grinding, SAG ball mill of all sizes. FEIFAN grinding balls are used to assisting in the mining Industries, cement Industries, building products Industries and power stations etc.

1-A full range of balls is provided in standard sizes.
1)Diameter: 25mm to 125mm
2)Hardness: High homogeneous hardness from 55-65.
3)Fracture toughness: No less than 12J/cm2
4)Roundness: Spherical with little overfill or underfill within the national standard: GB-8649-88 and YB/T 091-1996; Balls won't be out of circularity from start until finish.
5)Metallographic structure: Substantially martenistic with some retained Austenite, Bainite & Carbides
6)Breakage guarantee: Less than 1% in normal and correct operation conditions.

2 - Packing:
1)In steel drums- 200 litre drums (approx. 0.9 MT)
2)In woven bags- 2 MT per bag

3- Technical advice on ball selection based on operation parameters is provided.
