(hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), founded in October 2020, is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, manufacturing and sales of lithium batteries jointly invested and founded by Henan Yicheng New Energy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Pingmei Shenma Group, Xinxiang Sunshine Power Manufacturing Co., Ltd and Xinxiang Fengquan District Government.

The company plans to invest a total of nearly 1.65 billion RMB to build a lithium battery project with an annual output of 360 million in Fengquan Industrial Cluster (Xinxiang Power

Battery Professional Park) in Xinxiang City in two phases. The first phase of the project has an annual output of 130 million 18650 and 21700 lithium batteries.

The company has introduced high-precision foreign advanced assembly lines, selected domestic advanced production specific equipment testing instruments and other environmentally friendly and energy-saving equipment, created a number of fully automated production lines from feeding, winding, assembly to formation and volume distribution. The industry leading fully intelligent production workshop ensures the consistency of battery products and the stability of process flow to the greatest extent.

In the next few years, the company will continue to give full play to the capital and resource advantages of China Pingmei Shenma Group, integrate the market vitality of private enterprises, and make new breakthroughs in the market segments of high-end power tools and high-end electrical appliances and then expand its business to frontier fields of electric vehicles, UAVs and other technologies.
