Shaoxing Famous Textile Co., Ltd, founded in 2003, is a high-tech company specialized in manufacturing the multifunctional fabric, including fluorescent, flame retardant, waterproof, antistatic, liquid chemicals proof, electric arc proof and anti-ultraviolet/infrared radiation fabrics. By far, it is one of the largest exporters in China in personal protective work-wears.

With a dyeing factory which covers about 11000 square meters, we have two pad dyeing production lines, two finishing lines, twenty overflow cylinders, eighteen high temperature-pressure jiggers, a advanced development and test lab. (1) Modacrylic/Cotton fabric(EN20471 hivis yellow).

Modacrylic fiber, cotton fiber, aramid fiber, FR viscose fiber, and carbon fiber can be in different blends. Modacrylic fabric is inherently flame retardant (pass EN11612, EN11611, EN14116, and NFPA2112).

We are Japanese Kanecaron's strategic partner because we own three dyeing advantages. First, our modacrylic/cotton fabrics in hivis yellow, hivis orange and hivis red can pass EN20471, GORT-3279 and ANSI/ISEA 107. Second, our modacrylic/cotton fabrics have high color fastness (level 4-5) since indanthrene dyes are used to dye the cotton part. Third, our modacrylic/cotton fabrics have no dyelot chromatism because continue dyeing is applied. As a result, Kanecaron regularly sends technicians to our factory for learning how to dye their Protex better.

(2) FR treated Cotton fabric(EN20471 hivis yellow).

With Pyrovatex® CP technology, flame retardant fabrics produced by us have good hister with softnes, function well after 50 times industrial washing, the formaldehyde content is less than 30ppm. We can provide FR cotton fabric with ARC Rating from 4 CAL/CM2 to 50CAL/CM2.

Our cotton FR fabrics are permanent fluorescent (pass EN20471, GORT-3279, ANSI/ISEA 107), flame retardant (pass EN11612, EN11611, EN14116, and NFPA2112), and electric arc proof(pass EN13034, NFPA 70E and ASTM F1506).

(3) FR treated CVC fabric (EN20471 hivis yellow).

Our flame retardant CVC fabrics have a high color fastness, stand 50 times washing, non-poisonous to smell, safe and comfortable to wear. The FR CVC can meet NFPA2112, NFPA70E, ASTMF1506, EN11612 and EN11611. The fluorescent CVC fabrics have multi-protection in safety producing, and have reached EN20471 and ANSI/ISEA 107.
