The company plans to introduce advanced domestic CO foaming XPS production lines, equipped with fully automatic cutting, grooving and embossing equipment, with an annual production capacity of 200, 000 cubic meters. We strictly adhere to the ISO 9001 quality management system and implement an 18-step quality control process from raw material procurement to finished product delivery. This ensures every extruded polystyrene board features uniform cell structure, stable dimensions and excellent performance.

Product Overview

Warm Heart XPS Insulation Board is made from polystyrene resin as the main raw material, supplemented with high-quality additives and flame retardants, and produced through high-temperature extrusion and foaming to form a rigid closed-cell foam plastic board.

Featuring a unique closed-cell ratio of over 98%, it forms a dense honeycomb structure, endowing the product with outstanding thermal insulation, compressive resistance and waterproof performance.
