Hangzhou Rewin Vehicle Parts Co., Ltd. is a National High-Tech Enterprise devoted to doing research and seeking development in the fields of Evaporate Emission Control Systems and Permeation Controls for on and off-road vehicles & equipment, like automobiles, motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, off-road utility vehicles, generators and lawn equipment. Our products include carbon canister, water hose, fuel hose, EFI pipe, metal pipe, injection / blow molding products and rubber products, etc. Since 1995, we have established long-term relationship with more than 70 vehicle manufacturers and domestic companies, motorcycle manufacturing company, engine company, the machine production supporting enterprises.

To the February 2010, our company have a plant area of 30000m2, 275 employees, 35 of them are technical personnels, include 6 senior level technicians, 18 intermediate level technicians and 6 translators. Our company includes 6 production workshops, which are coking plant squeezing, sulfuration, examination, puffing plastic, and mental tubes, respectively. We possess 8 the most anvanced automatic extrusion assembly line, 4 large-scale casting machines, 8 auto, atic large-scale pipe bending machines, 4 pipe molding machines, and 2 circular mental machine in country. We also have a automatic extrusion assembly line for carbon canister, which can produce 3000000PCS a year.

Our factory passed TS16949: 2002 quality authentication in September, 2005. In January, 2007 we passed the 3C product authentication, and in the same year we passed ISO14001 environment management authentication. All of the achievements indicate 7that we are ready for the international market. Our Activated Carbon Canister successfully won the national patent of utility model and appearance in 2007. In the same year, our Activated Carbon Canister and Low Permeation Fuel Hose were certified by CARB (California Air Resources Environmental Protection Agency) and EPA (American Environmental Protection Agency). We became the first domestic enterprise to receive CARB and EPA certificates and filled the industrial blank and shortcoming. Our products also comply with environmental protection requirements for European market, like RoHS, PAHs and NP. This has made our products approved by B&S, B&D, KOHLER, TTI, Kubota and Generac Power Systems Inc, get praise from domestic and overseas customers since our products were brought into the market.

In Aug. 2008. We are combined with ZING EAR Group, a Taiwan-Based Company with 27-year history and specializing in lighting, electrical appliances and generator parts, to extend ourselves to a perfect internationally oriented selling scale and business planning layout.
