Technical Expertise

The technical team consists of senior crane engineers and electrical-control specialists whose core members each have more than 10 years of experience. Key strengths:

Structural lightweight design: ANSYS FEA is used to optimize main-girder structures, cutting self-weight by 15-20 % and improving energy efficiency.

Intelligent safety system: Integrates overload protection, millimetre-level positioning and black-box data logging to realize real-time monitoring and pre-warning of crane status.

Extreme-condition adaptation: For metallurgy, shipbuilding, wind-power and other sectors, we develop special cranes resistant to 80 ° C, salt-spray (C5-M) and 17-grade typhoon wind pressure.

Qualification & Standards
