As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hefei Shushan Hi-Tech Park Development Co., Ltd.-a state-owned platform enterprise under Shushan Economic and Technological Development Zone Administrative Committee-its core roles include operating Anhui (Shushan) Cross-Border E-Commerce Industrial Park and developing/operating Hefei Cross-Border E-Commerce Comprehensive Service Platform.

(1) Cross-Border E-Commerce Supervision Warehouse Operation

Shuwang Company owns Anhui's only express-type cross-border e-commerce supervision venue. It has built an online customs clearance platform seamlessly connected to the international trade "Single Window" and a standardized, efficient customs declaration system. With intelligent document preparation and declaration, it ensures zero data transmission errors, enabling daily processing of up to 300,000 parcels. Covering all major cross-border e-commerce export models (B2C/9610, B2B/9710, overseas warehouse/9810), its business volume maintains steady growth.

(2) International Logistics Layout


International Air Freight: Launched the "Hefei-Amsterdam" international scheduled cargo route in October 2022-the first intercontinental route independently operated by an Anhui state-owned enterprise. With a 90% round-trip loading rate, cross-border e-commerce goods account for 80% of outbound cargo. As a first-class agent for Hefei-Los Angeles/Chicago/Hungary routes, it enjoys competitive regional pricing and guaranteed shipping space.

International Road Trucking: Launched direct Hefei-Europe cross-border e-commerce trucking services in October 2023. Goods are declared at Anhui FTZ's cross-border e-commerce supervision zone, then transported by truck via Alashankou Port (Xinjiang) to European countries, supporting enterprises' integration into the "Belt and Road" Initiative.

International Sea Freight: Partners with major freight forwarders (Sinotrans, Shanghai Dewei, Tianjin Huansa Xuntong) to secure high-quality FCL/LCL resources locally and expand channels in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai.

China-Europe Railway Express: Cooperates with Hefei International Inland Port to build Europe-bound export channels, serving as an agent for Hefei CR Express and realizing regular international railway transportation.


(3) International Trade Expansion


Photovoltaic Products: Leveraging Hefei's photovoltaic industry strengths and park enterprises (Brunor Solar, Sunway Solar), it integrates industrial chain resources and partners with European clients (Germany, Sweden) to export photovoltaic modules and energy storage equipment, supporting Europe's green energy transition.

Used Cars: Tapping Anhui's automotive industry clusters (especially Hefei's vehicle manufacturing and parts sectors), it targets Middle Eastern and African markets for used cars and construction machinery. Backed by local governments, it has built a "dual circulation + digitalization" industrial park with full-process closed-loop services, fostering agglomeration and high-quality development.

Small Home Appliances: Utilizing its state-owned platform and client resources (e.g., Rongdian Group), it cooperates with Central Asian clients (Kazakhstan) to promote Anhui-made product exports.

Motorcycles: Partners with manufacturers in Anhui, Chongqing, and Guangzhou, and signs strategic agreements with African clients (Tanzania, Kenya) to export two/three-wheeled motorcycles and accessories, advancing global industrial layout.
