Custom Product Order Fulfillment Process
Phase 1: Inquiry & Quotation
Initial Contact: You provide your customization ideas, target specifications, desired quantity, and target market.
Technical Discussion: Factory engineers review feasibility, suggest materials, and discuss performance trade-offs.
Quote Proposal: Factory provides a detailed quotation including:
Unit price based on customization and quantity.
Tooling/Mold costs (if a completely new shape is required).
Sample costs and timeline.
Payment terms (e.g., 30% deposit, 70% before shipment).
Estimated production lead time.

Phase 2: Sample Development & Approval
Deposit Payment: You pay the sample fee and/or initial deposit to commence work.
Design Finalization: Approval of technical drawings, 3D renders, and graphic artwork.
Sample Production: Factory produces 1-3 prototypes ("golden samples").
Sample Evaluation: You test the samples for quality, performance, and aesthetics.
Sample Approval: You sign a sample confirmation sheet, locking in specifications. Any revisions may incur extra costs and time.

Phase 3: Mass Production & Quality Control
Production Confirmation: You place the formal purchase order and pay the agreed deposit (usually 30-50%).
Material Procurement: Factory sources all PVC, accessories, and packaging materials.
Production Line Setup: Manufacturing begins, including cutting, drop-stitch assembly, gluing/laminating, printing, and assembly.
In-Process QC: Factory QC team conducts checks at various stages (pressure tests, seam checks, visual inspections).
Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI): You or a third-party inspector can visit the factory to check a random sample of finished goods before packing.

Phase 4: Shipment & After-Sales
Balance Payment: You pay the remaining balance after approving the PSI report.
Packing & Shipping: Factory packs orders per instructions and arranges shipment. They provide shipping documents (Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading).
Delivery: Goods are shipped via sea or air to your designated port.
After-Sales Support: Factory provides support for warranty claims, technical questions, and reorder processes.
