Jiangxi Naipu (Group) Co., Ltd is an enterprise specializing in developing, manufacturing and selling elastomer-lined slurry pumps and rubber spares for mining equipments, with a range of products applied in industrial sectors of mining, metallurgy and steel. Founded in fall of 2005, Phase I investment made by the Company amounted RMB 50 million yuan. With our headquarter located in Shangrao Economic Development Zone, Jiangxi Province, it runs a modernized and garden-like factory with a footprint of 50k square meters. It owns a 260-member workforce, of which 60% have minor or major degrees while 18 people are of doctor's degree, master's degree or senior technical titles.

Naipu Company owns domestically the most advanced vacuum type platen vulcanizing presses in China, with a size range of 3500-ton, 2300-ton, 1800-ton, 800-ton and a 350-ton duplex vacuum type platen vulcanizing press. All of these can be automatically controlled with the vulcanizing temperature, time and pressure set up, which significantly improves internal physical parameters of rubber products and thus ensures the vulcanizing quality. The Company has been using imported natural rubber in all our products as major raw material. The Company has developed its specially formulated rubber mixings, which make our products associated with high wear and corrosion resistant performance, offering a service life 2-4 folds of that of hard alloy material made parts. Our major products are NZJ series slurry pumps, ZJ and ZJB pumps, PNJ pumps and wetted parts; Rubber head liners, rubber lifter bars and rubber shell liners for ball mills, AG mills and SAG mills in different sizes; NSH series screening equipment and vibrating screen rubber plates and panels; Hydrocyclones, stators and impellers for flotation machines with the largest size up to 210m3.
