Jiangsu Fengrun Group was established in 1995. After 20 years' prosperous development, Fengrun Group today has become a large-scale household appliances and supplementary products' manufacturing enterprise incorporating the auxiliary products, research and development, productiFon and sales together. The major products of the company include household AC, business central AC, mobile AC, etc and the small household appliances, such as dehumidifier, air cleaner, and high-rank heater, etc. The company holds 168 patents in China, among which, 12 are invention patents. The mobile AC, Inverter AC and air cleaner has played the leading roles in China.

Fengrun Group now has six wholly-owned subsidiaries, respectively being: Jiangsu Shinco Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd, Jiangsu Yoau Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd, Jiangsu Fengrun Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd, Changzhou Fengrun Import and Export Trade Co., Ltd, Changzhou Yurun Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd and Changzhou Hade Household Appliance Co., Ltd.

Currently the group has over 3000 employees, with the floor area of Sq. 300, 000 meters, the production plant of Sq. 250, 000 meters, and around 30 production plants. For the long-term development of the enterprise, the group has introduced the domestic and internationally leading and professional talents in technology, research and development, marketing and management. Now it has over 200 research engineers, among which, 50 are senior engineers. In recent years, thanks to its strong economic power, abundant managerial experience and the excellent employee team, it has maintained the high-speed development with the growth rate of over 30% every year. In 2013, the group realized the sales of 3 billion Yuan.

The group has the capacities of fin processing, copper pipe processing, evaporator and condenser processing, plastics processing, molding tools processing and the finished products' assembly and production. It has the annual output of 3 million sets of ACs and dehumidifiers, 300, 000 sets of air cleaners, 4 million sets of accessories for the evaporator and condenser of the ACs and 3.5 million sets of accessories for the evaporator and condenser of the refrigerators.

Jiangsu Fengrun Group has always paid great attention to the technological innovation of the products. By looking into the requirements of the consumers, it has developed a serial of new products to be geared to international standards and it has established the long-term cooperative relations with the renowned brands at home and abroad. It has become the long-term supplier of PEL, DAWLANCE and the other renowned electrical appliance manufacturers in south Asia and established long-term ODM cooperative relations with Samsung, LG, Electrolux, Anhai, ACELIKE, B&Q, ARGOS, SANYO, Carrier, Haier, Midea, Frestec, etc.

The group will try it best to build its two core brands "Shinco" and "Yoau", position it as the middle and high end household appliance brand and strive to make the two brands stand in the front of the Chinese and even the global household appliance industry in five years.
