CNOOC Kingland Pipeline Co., Ltd is one of the major ERW pipe mills in China, Which is a joint venture by CNOOC (China National Offshore Oil Corporation) and Kingland Group. CNOOC is a state owned company, one of World Fortune 500 Companies. Kingland Group is one of the biggest pipe manufacture based in China.

CNOOC KINGLAND owns a world advanced ERW (or HFW) production line, which can supply line pipe, casing pipe, square pipe and rectangular pipe, in strict conformity with API standard, ASTM standard respectively, size ranging from Φ219mm (8 5/8')-Φ 610mm (24') for line pipe, Φ 219mm (8 5/8')-Φ 508mm (20') for casing, 500 * 500mm maximum in square, 400 * 600 maximum in rectangular, wall thickness up to 20mm, the steel grade up to X70. Most of our products are exported to all over the world according to API 5L, API 5CT, ASTM A53B, ASTM A252 Gr. 2, ASTM A252 Gr. 3, ASTM A500, ASME SA53B, etc.

The ERW Production Line was designed and manufactured by BRONX (U. S. A). The main equipments were imported from famous equipment manufacturers in the world—UAS, Austria, Canada Japan. The whole production line reaches to world advanced level, with well equipped and high-automatic control system.

The total investment of ERW630 Project is about 500million Yuan RMB. The fixed property is 390 million Yuan RMB. The production capacity is up to 300, 000 tons per year. In 2006, we exported about 80, 000 metric tons of pipes to foreign countries, like USA (50, 000 metric tons exported to USA in 2006), Australia, Europe, Chile, Thailand, Burma, and Iran etc.

Our products are widely utilized in the range of transmitting crude oil, finished oil, gas, coal slurry, water, etc., as well as construction project, piling, mechanical structure, etc.
