There are three workshops including precision mold workshop, large and medium mold workshop and trail workshop.

Precision Mold Workshop

The temperature is constant which is controlled by many air conditioners. In the workshop, there are many kinds of advanced equipment including HS-CNC(high-speed computer numerical control), Mirror EDM, WEDM(wire electric discharge machine), 50T Clamping unit, CMM(coordinate measuring machine), vision measuring instrument, etc. It mainly manufactures high-precision mold like gear die, double-color mold, medical device, instrument and meter, electronics and so on.

Large and Medium Mold Workshop

Large and medium-sized molds are produced in this workshop, and the maximum weight of mold could be 20T. The major equipment includes gantry milling machine, double-ended EDM, 200T die spotting machine, 20T crane. The molds of the company are mainly for producing some plastic parts such as accessories, auto seat, air condition, television, refrigerator, daily plastic household articles. Meanwhile, offering change & modification service for all kinds of molds.

Trial workshop

It is mainly for testing all kinds of molds. In the workshop, there are precision injection molding machine and double-color injection machine.
