1. The compounding ingredients and raw rubber are mixed together to form a uniform mixture. The process of completing the processing is called mixing process. The quality of the compound has a decisive effect on the post-processing properties of the compound\ the quality of the semi-finished product and the finished product properties. 2. Silicone products forming is adding silicone raw material which including vulcanizing ingredients in the mold, through a certain period of high temperature\high pressure and vulcanization, to form the desired shape. This process includes the temperature, pressure, time, exhaust and other factors that directly affect the molding quality of silicone products. Orui silicone rubber technology is at the leading level in China, we have served the world famous enterprises such as Foxconn, BYD, Asus etc.

3. Quality control, or QC for short, is the process by which entities review the quality of all factors involved in production. Orui Test Lab has curve measuring instrument, size measuring instrument, VOC detector, life tester, rally tester, automatic testing equipment etc. In ensuring the normal production of products, we could provide high-precision, high-efficiency product testing process.

5. Packaging and delivery

Orui all products are shipped in carton packaging, delivery methods are by air, by express and by sea.
