Sludge dewatering system
The screw dewatering system provides a new pressure filtration method by combining the screw shaft with the moving and static rings.

Under the action of the screw shaft, the moving ring plate of the filter tube moves along the radial direction, which ensures the smooth filtration clearance and realizes the automatic cleaning of the filter tube.
The concentration of sludge inlet is over 8000mg/l and solid content of the outlet can reach more than 25%, and the mud has been solidified can be bagged or shipped out.
Eddy current air flotation unit
In order to avoid any waste and the vicious cycle caused by the backflow of crude oil to forepart of the system, the new eddy current air flotation device is adopted to remove the oil from the filtrate of the settling concentrator and the screw solid liquid separator.
