Our manufacturing is in Laoshan Industrial Zone, Huadu District, Guangzhou City, covering an area of nearly 40, 000 square meters and equipping with production team, research team, packaging department, quality control team and logistics team. The production workshop strictly follows the international production standards and follows the clean room control process. In order to achieve dust-free and sterile sanitary standards, before entering the workshop, it request all people wash hands strictly, wear a full set of dust-proof work clothes, and then enter the air shower. The workshop adopts the internationally-advanced automatic baby diapers machine, aseptic operation and fine production process. There are 6 production lines for diapers and pull pants, monthly production capacity up to 60 million pieces. The annual total production reached to 720 million.

Every finished product is tested by a trained quality assurance member before leaving the facility, including SAP Test, pH Value Test and Water Absorption Test. The batch is only released once we make sure all testing results 100% comply with the international standards.
