Asbestos free type of disc brake pad is the main product of the company. With the world-class of equipment, technology and formula specially introduced from North America. All equipment and technologies are accomplished automation of control, which ensure high efficiency of producing technology processes and high quality of products. Our company set up and perfect a complete set of quality control system from materials entering the factory to products leaving the factory and strict product inspection system, keeping totally production processes in control and make full quality and regulation management through entire production processes. The subsidiary materials from USA and Canada, our company produces 1 million sets per year. The formula of frction materials is developed and designed specially by Clark & Consulting company for the Padstar. The friction materials of the company have passed supervision & examination by China Non-metal Materials Supervision & Examination Center, and all guidelines are accorded with the requirements of GB5763-98, moreover, have passed the Detroit LINK Examination and VESC-3 Certificate in USA. The brake pads of heavy vehicles have passed R90 Certificate since June 2007 in Europe. Now the company can produce different kinds of material such as semi-metallic, low-metallic, organic, ceramic disc brake pads from EE to GG grade. Our company will supply products according to the demands of customers.
