Our main products include cosmetic boxes, wine boxes, all types of color boxes, display boxes, exquisite gift boxes, color cards, and PVC/PET boxes, plastic items auch as mirrors, pens, such plastic and box sets. With 10 years' of OEM experience in cooperating with the USA and the EU customers, we have been establishing high quality control system and optimizing our cost control system, plus our advanced equipment, which helped us provide strong competitive advantage in service, quality and price.

All these facilities comprise our high-tech pre-printing, in printing and after printing production lines. All the processes are performed in house, and our advanced equipment also simplified the process effectively, which leads to the less process transfer and less personal error. Furthermore, we have regular skill training every month. Our workers are all qualified in their own position, correct operation and maintenance which maximize the utility of advanced machine.

3. Process & Operation
We created strict procedure from development to delivery.

A. Before production
Communicate with Customers and convert clients' requirement to design
Make the FA for approval
Make Production workflow, and set quality control system

B. During production
Make delivery plan, and set all schedules of all processes
Conduct quality control system into production; Quality department arranges The inspection according to quality control system
Business Department monitors the schedule and report to customers regularly.

C. After production
Final inspection in house and packing
Accept customer or third party's inspection
Delivery

4. Quality control system
We are ISO9001 qualified. We have complete quality control system, inspection procedure (in-coming inspection - in process inspection - process inspection - final inspection), and equipment maintenance. We ensure all processes are under control and all the records are kept in documentation.
