The acid recycling formation system is the most advanced battery formation technology which is developed on basis of air cooling formation and water bath formation, mainly applicable to formation of traction batteries and automotive batteries.
1. Heat and gases produced in the process of formation are taken away in time, enabling high-rate formation and greatly shortened formation time.
2. Real time adjustment of electrolyte density allows great reduction of gas production, enhanced high current utilization rate and energy saving.
3. The word system is operated under sealed negative states, gases and acid fumes are treated in system, avoiding environmental pollution.
4. Continuous circulation of electrolyte and controlled temperature and density grant the consistency of single cell.
5. No need to equip the system with acid mixer, acid filler, acid dumper, battery bath, recycling water system and acid fume treatment system, the investment as well as running costs are greatly reduced.
