The establishment of Guangxi Bama Winner Mining Development (Hong Kong) Ltd. Industrial operation dates back to January 2005 under Bama County government capital attraction scheme subsequently located at Bama Nasang Industrial Park in Guangxi Province. The main businesses involved include mining of titanium ore, manufacturing of titanium derivatives and the sales of all products.

The company has formed a strong bond with Hunan Non-ferrous Metal Institute, which provides professional technical support including the manufacturing process of all products and derivatives. In addition, the company has set up a production line of a popular titanium derivative called Potassium Fluorotitianate (K2TIF6), which could also be used as an additive of metal composite materials.

In addition to the fulfilment of its statutory functions, the Board of Directors are responsible for the overall direction, supervision and monitor of the company management. The Board issues policy guidelines and receives regular reports on the conduct of business. The General Manager is responsible to report to the Board of Directors, execute the policy defined by the board, control the company daily operations and optimizing the financial accounting system.
