We've been doing this since 2018. The founding team has 15 years of experience in custom garment production and export.

Our office is in Baiyun District, Guangzhou. Our production base is in the same city. Guangzhou is one of the largest garment export hubs in China. The Zhongda fabric market, printing workshops, embroidery factories, and accessory suppliers are all within a short drive. When something needs to change MID-production, we don't wait for shipping between cities. We drive there.

PRODUCTION SPECS

MOQ: 50 pieces per style per color for full custom cut-and-sew. No minimum for blank garment stock with custom printing, embroidery, or labeling.

Sampling: Pre-production samples in 5 to 7 working days. International courier fee included in sample cost.

Bulk production: 10 to 15 working days for orders under 1, 000 pieces. 15 to 20 working days for 1, 000 to 5, 000 pieces.

Fabric weight range: 150GSM to 400GSM, depending on product. Common stock: 180GSM cotton Jersey, 260GSM cotton fleece, 300GSM French terry, 200GSM polyester mesh.

Printing: Screen printing, water-based ink printing, DTG digital print, heat transfer, sublimation.

Embroidery: Flat embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, applique.

Custom branding: Woven neck labels, hang tags, printed care labels, custom poly bags, tissue paper, branded cartons.

Size range: S to 5XL standard. Custom size charts available for specific markets.

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

Payment: 50% deposit to start production, 50% balance before shipping.

Trade terms: FOB Guangzhou, FOB Shenzhen, CIF, DDP.

Shipping: International express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), air freight, sea freight. Typical sea freight transit time 15 to 35 days depending on destination.

QC: In-line inspection during production, final inspection before packing, photo documentation sent to client before shipment. Third-party inspection (SGS, QIMA, Intertek) supported on request.
