Product Description

SARC-G Universal Rotating Cell Culture System, with 4 channels, can simultaneously load 4 RWV rotating wall culture containers and cultivate 4 sets of samples! This system can achieve dynamic 3D suspension culture with 100% filling of culture medium, no bubbles, and low shear force, and can be used for simulating microgravity effects.
The system mainly consists of a controller, a host, and a matching RWV rotating wall culture container. When in use, the RWV rotating wall culture container is installed on the host and placed in a CO2 incubator. The equipment can work continuously in the incubator for no less than 30 days. Users can control it through a controller, and the SARC-G universal rotary cell culture system allows users to set and operate it through two methods: rotational speed and desired microgravity simulation level.

The accompanying RWV rotating wall culture container has:
1. Equal cross-section gas exchange membrane can provide better gas exchange capacity;
2. The top is equipped with a management observation window without optical distortion;
3. The main body of the cultivation container can be sterilized using the repeated wet heat method to save usage costs;
4. The exchange membrane is a disposable sterile packaging, and users do not need to clean or sterilize it. It is easy to install, improves efficiency, and reduces risks;
5. Provide multiple specifications of cultivation containers to meet different application scenarios;
