The leader of MAP technology

Zillion introduced advanced MAP technology from Germany, which includes gas mixer, gas analyzer, and package leak tester. We first use these technology successfully in China MAP industry, we always provide systematic solutions for MAP food manufacturers in the past more than 10 years.

The founder of non-destructive package leak test

Zillion is the first one to introduce the vacuum decay technology in 4 typical foreign capital invested milk powder facility of China, which fulfills zero sample cost, and then we introduces this technology successfully in coffee, snack food, health food industry, we are the first one to improve the leak test technology, reduce sample cost, save various resources for domestic food manufacturer.

For the pharmaceutical industry, zillion combines laser-based headspace technology, vacuum decay technology, and low-amperage HVLD as well as ultrasonic seal integrity test technology, introduces multiple deterministic leak test technology described in USP 38-1207 approved by FDA to China pharmaceutical industry, we have assisted multiple domestic pharma manufacturer successfully passed the audit of FDA and EU, and helped them sell product to USA and EU.
