Is the key investment promotion project of Xianren island energy & Chemical area in Yingkou city and the holding subsidiaries of the listed company Hengli Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (stock code 600346). Kanghui petrochemical project plans a total investment of RMB 8 billion and will found a new polyester production base with an annual capacity of 800, 000 tons, and now has completed PBT engineering plastic project with an annual capacity of 160, 000 tons, 200, 000 tons of new biaxially oriented polyester film (BOPET) film project as well as 200, 000 tons of film grade polyester chips. Relying on the advanced international technology and imported the world-renowned German advanced production line, the implementation of the project can promote Chinese BOPET film and engineering plastic industry manufacturing level entirely and optimize petrochemical industry structure in Yingkou city even in Liaoning province. The expected sales income will be RMB10 billion after the project being put into operation.
