Jinxia (Jiangsu) Energy Equipment Co., Ltd., formerly Jiangsu Guochang Wind Power Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., is a state-owned holding enterprise established in January 2019. The project was invested and constructed by Xi'an Guoshui Wind Power Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: The parent company), which is a manufacturer of large wind power structural components jointly funded by China Three Gorges Capital, China Three Gorges New Energy, Xinjiang Wind Energy, and Goldwind Investment. In April 2020, it was transformed from Xi'an Guoshui Wind Power Jiangsu Branch into a subsidiary named Jiangsu Guochang Wind Power Equipment Co., Ltd. In April 2024, it was renamed Jinxia (Jiangsu) Energy Equipment Co., Ltd.

The company covers a total area of 173 acres with a construction area of 16, 678.93 square meters. The planned total investment is 350 million yuan, including: The first phase project in 2009 for a wind power structural component production workshop, with an investment of 150 million yuan; The second phase project in 2023 for a photovoltaic bracket production workshop, with an investment of nearly 10 million yuan.

The company owns 167 pieces of equipment, including CNC plasma flame cutting machines (GSII-60-120DG), three-roll hydraulic bending machines (WS11-30X2500), four-roll hydraulic fully automatic bending machines (HDLW12XNC-80X300), floor boring machines (TKA6916A), double-column vertical turning lathes (CHXA5263*40), CNC vertical turning lathes (CHXA5280*40), CNC gantry milling machines (GMB40100B), swing-arm drilling machines (Z30125/100), a 500-ton hydraulic press, a 3X8X12-meter pit-type resistance furnace for annealing, and a corrosion-resistant coating line (sandblasting, hot zinc spraying, painting, and drying).
