Dongguan Yueheng Optical Co., Ltd is a leading JV-CO. In China for the manufacture and sales of quality optical lenses. Since its incorporation, the company has been exporting around twenty million pieces of prescription lenses and sunlenses to Europe, USA, Australia, Africa, the Middle East and S. E. Asia. The company's modernized factory is set up in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province and covers a floor area of 15, 000 square meters. Surrounding the factory premises are abundant number of trees planted by the workers which not only provide all staff a green area but also a spacious and comfortable working and living environment. The company is committed to supplying products and services of impeccable quality to international markets through the implementation of Total Quality Management System (TQMS). In 1992, the company became the first optical company in Hong Kong and Mainland China to be awarded the prestigious ISO 9000 quality system certificate, accredited by SGS International Certification Services for its lens manufacture. For more than a decade, the company strives to keep improving by upgrading its product quality through total involvement of all staffs and by adopting a customer driven approach. In 2001, the company renewed its ISO certificate according to the latest ISO 9001: 2000 version standard. Based on the principles of ISO 9000 quality management system, quality improvement teams (QIT) are set up in various departments to analyse problem areas and foster continuous improvement.
