Laiwu Wenyuan Food-stuff Co., Ltd, the leading enterprise of agricultural modernization, was established in 2001 with registered capital of RMB 11.6 million. It is a provincial comprehensive corporation focusing on planting, storage, processing and marketing of agricultural products.

We have adopted HACCP certification and BRC certification. 7000 mu of ginger and garlic production bases also obtained the certification of pollution-free agricultural products. We own 104 pickling pools holding up to 12, 000 tons. Annual production capacity reaches 150 thousand tons.

Our major products such as sushi ginger, pickled ginger sprout, broad bean flowers, pickled ginger filament, pickled garlic, fresh ginger and fresh garlic are mainly exported to Russia, America, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Israel and other developed countries. Our domestic markets are mainly distributed in Beijing, Tianjin, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Xi'an, Qingdao and other similar big cities. For now, we not only export self-made products, but also engage in export of other sushi products like horseradish powder, sea moss, soy sauce, flavoured dry ladle, chopsticks, noodles, bread powder, etc.
