We have 14 high speed high precision (FUJI and JUKI) SMT lines, with daily output of 35K PCBAs. Our SMT lines are capable of handling RoHS process for products exporting to Europe. We have 4 whole machine assembly lines capable of 10K whole machine assembly per day. We have Optical PUH assembly lines to facilitate our in house DVD player production demand, so that all key components are made by ourselves to ensure better consistency and quality control.
