Shanghai Real Sealing Technology Company Ltd is located at No. 288, Jinfa Road, Fengxian District Jinhui Industrial Park, Shanghai China. Our company key personnel team have more than ten years experiences in rubber compounding and parts manufacturing, we devote ourselves to provide reliable sealing solutions for oil and gas industry, considering that High Temperature and High Pressure(HTHP), Anti Explosive Decompression(AED), erosion and abrasion service environment. Meanwhile we control the quality of each product strictly by the aid of advanced Moving Die Rheometer, universal tensile machine and microscopic imager etc. The registration capital of our company is RMB1.01 millions. We have 15 employees, 40% of them being above the level of bachelor degree education. Our workshop area and office area are 1000 square meters totally.
Shanghai Real Sealing has obtained ISO9001: 2008 quality management system certificate, and RUSHI® An entire family of high performance elastomers especially for oil and gas applications, demonstrates best-in-class RGD(Rapid Gas Decompression) or ED resistance for its material type. In independent tests RUSHI® Family high performance parts were able to satisfy the requirements of NORSOK M710 Rapid Gas Decompression, qualified by Element Materials Technology (formerly MERL).

VITON fluoroelastomers type, such as JE0828A(Viton AED), V0923A(Viton GLT AED), JE0828C(Viton B AED), JE0829C(Viton GF AED).
HNBR hydrogenated acrylonitrile-butadiene type, such as H0922C(HNBR AED), WB1028A(HNBR LT AED).
AFLAS TFE-P polymer type, such as V0923B(Aflas AED), JE0918B(modified Aflas AED).
We provide various standard sealing parts according to AS568A, GB/T 3452-1 and JIS B2401 standards, and custom made parts as well.
RUSHI® Rubber packer or sleeve for downhole tools used at high pressure and high temperature, such as rubber packer and rubber bridge plug for oil or gas well.
