Development History

The founder of our company Mr. Hu Bo Song organized Roman Sound Development Department in Dec. of 2003.

Shenzhen Roman Sound Technology Co., Ltd. was officially established in Bao'an District of Shenzhen in Nov. of 2004.

Roman Sound Technology introduced self-owned brand KVA in Dec. of 2004.

Roman Sound expanded production capability and our factory moved into new address Bu'ji Town from Bao'an District in July of 2005. The monthly output of MP3 can reach 400, 000 units.

Roman sound worked with Rockchip Electronics together and developed MP4 series products mainly controlled by Rockchip 2606 chip in Oct of 2005.

Shenzhen Aoxun Technology Co., Ltd. is our wholly-owned subsidiary, established in Nanshan Science Park in August of 2006.

CHUWI brand was born in March of 2007 and it brought high quality products for public constantly.

We developed two-tone color OLED 1.1 inches MP3 independently - NA700 (it was called as Xiaobeibei in the market) OLED means Organic Light Emitting Display.

NA700 was admitted by Patent Examination of State Intellectual Property Office in May of 2005.

Roman Sound worked with Rockchip Electronics and developed MP4 series products mainly controlled by Rockchip 2606 chip in Oct. of 2005.

Roman Sound introduced the first 1.8 inches MP3-V6 with color screen in Nov. of 2005.

The pilot run three types of 2.0 inches color-screened MP4 that take Rockchip 2606 chip, which was successful in April of 2006, And this began a Rockchip's era in the digital industry.

Roman Sound worked with major name brand companies and introduce 2.0 inches color-screened MP4 series products which take Rockchip 2606 chip together in May of 2006.

The test run that three types of 2.2 inches color-screened MP4 which takes Rockchip 2606 chip was successful, which makes Rockchip's influence the best in the field in July of 2006.

The test run of 2.5 inches PMP which takes American ADI chips was successful in Oct. of 2006. It announced the coming of the era when game combines with digital products.
