Because of the down turn in the market we are looking to diversify and meet an increasing demand to supply cheaper housing alternatives and believe we can achieve this with the product that you have and are very keen to explore the opportunity.
Our employment structure is such that we only operate on a contract basis so therefore only require skilled trades people as and when we need them.
We would be keen to know if you already have an existing agent here in New Zealand and if so how could we work in together.
My life partner and business partner is from China and we would be available to discuss any opportunities in either Chinese or English.
