We Contracting Works for builders. Steel fireproof doors are made from 0.8, 1.0, 1.2 and 1.5 mm galvanized steel or grained steel plate.

The door leafs are made with an outer pan and an inside pan. The outer pan is punched for hinges and latching hardware, then bent on each stile to form the door edge with which has a 3mm in 19mm bevel. The bending has a lock seam edge for interlocking the inside pan which has also been punched for the latching hardware. All doors with vision panels are punched prior to bending to provide consistent, accurate and square windows. Doors are available with perlite or steel rib cores. These doors complied with GB12955-2008 standard and two fire labled door types are tested in accordance with BS476: Part22: 1987. According to the fire resistant performance, A, B and C types are divided as showing in the following form (see form 1). According to the Chinese standard, our raw material thickness is regulated as shown in the following (see form 2).
