Ningbo Artisan Machinery Technology Co., Ltd was founded in 2015, which is located in "China mold town" reputation of Beilun Ningbo. It is manufacturer specialized in producing Aluminum Die-Casting, Zinc Die-Casting, design and making Die-Casting moulds, and machining, which are widely used for Automobile/motorcycle parts, blower parts, electric/electronic parts, agricultural equipment parts, motor parts and explosion-proof lamp housing etc. Our mold manufacturing capacity are 160 units per year and die-casting production capacity 3000 tons per year.

Our company covers an area of 8, 500 square meters, has 120 staffs, including 27 senior engineers, mainly for die-casting mold design, engineering and technical personnel. We also have 22 QE for process control. Our company fully carries out the standard of TS16949: 2009 certification, enforces the quality control, introduces the advanced technology and improves the technical contents of products to offer clients perfect services.

The company well-equipped, has introduced a number of high, refined, sharp equipments, a more high-speed processing center, wire cutting machine, precision machine spark, large grinding machines, CNC engraving machines and so on. Our die-casting machines range for aluminum alloy from DCC280 to DCC800 tons, and we will introduce DCC1600 in 2017, and for zinc alloy from RCC88 to RCC100 tons. For inspection, the company has 3 coordinate measuring machine, large-scale aluminum material direct reading spectrometer etc. Test equipments and tools used for mold manufacturing, samples test and products test. We can do from mould design, mould making, trial mould, die casting, machining, surface treatment and inspection full procedure in our own factory.
