The scale:
The scale of our factory reaches 6000 square meters and there are over 100 workers in our company. The main production equipments include: Injection molding machines, automatic wire cutting machines, computer wire cutting machines, stripping machines, strip and twist machines, electric capacity-store-energy type welding machines, crimping machines, auto-stabilized solder machines, automtic GU10 lampholder assembly machines and so on.
Our mold factory has been equipped with spark machines, wire cutting machines, lathe, grinder, milling machine etc.
Quality Assurance:
We have professional tooling designing, quality control and certificating engineers. Not only can we produce the testing unit for lamp holders, but also we have all sorts of technological test gauge for lamp holders, such as the standard of IEC60238\IEC60838\IEC60061\IEC60400\UL496 etc. In addition, We have a series of lamp holder test gauge which include gauge for protection against accidental contact, the smallest, and the largest size lamps gauge to identify whether the products we produced such as E14\E27 have passed it or not.
Testing equipment:
Our company has installed voltage durable testing machine, contact resistance testing machine, 0-500 ° C thermotank, torsion meter, puller machine, ball-pressure test apparatus, pendulum impact-test apparatus, continuity testing machine, standard Impact Test.
