We are a leading primary mercury and cadmium free alkaline battery and carbon-zinc battery manufacturer in China, with Sonluk, Pairdeer and Goldenbee as our registered brands. Occupying a factory area of 56, 000 square meters, we have 27 assembly lines for the manufacture of alkaline batteries and carbon-zinc batteries, among which seven lines of LR20, LR14, LR6, LR03 and LR1 batteries were introduced from Japan, Denmark and South Korea. Our total output of batteries reached 1.2 billion in 2004, including 670 million alkaline batteries. In 2002, 'Pairdeer' was named as "China Top Brand", and it has become one of the most well-known brands in Chinese market.

We have a staff of more than 1, 000 employees, among whom R&D, QC, QA, engineering staffs and other professionals are over 200. We have a strong R&D team that dedicates to the advancement of battery technology, and adopt IEC60086 series standards for all our battery products. In addition to the persistent quality improvement, we have always been committed ourselves to the environmental protection, and successfully passed ISO9001 quality management system and ISO14001 environment management system in 2002. During the nationwide battery quality inspection in successive years from 2001 to 2003, the discharge performances of our LR20, LR14, LR6, LR03 alkaline batteries have been ranking No. 1 in China.
