The Production Department sets some branches like Set-completing Section, Integral Vehicle Section, Engine Section, Machining Workshop, Die-casting Workshop, Carburetor Branch and product-researching-and-developing Section. At present more than 600 employees work for the company, 18 percent of whom are senior professional technicians and over 80 percent of whom are skilled workers.

The company owns three product lines of engines and integral vehicle assembling, equipments for machining and die-casting, multifunctional integral vehicle detecting line, and power-detecting facility for engines. All of these equipments for detecting and measuring can detect the performance of products' brake, lamplight, emission, power and oil consumption to ensure Haoguang products safe and harmless to environment.
