Guizhou Tyre Co., Ltd., formerly known as Guizhou Tyire Factory, was founded in 1958, merged with the internally relocated division of Shanghai Dazhonghua Rubber Factory in 1965, and became a key enterprise of domestic tire industry at that time. In 1996, it was restructured into a listed company, with stock listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange of China (Stock Code: 000589). It is one of the national large first-grade enterprises and one of the top 100 chemical enterprises in China.

The Company currently has two production plants, "Guiyang Zhazuo Base" and "Vietnam Tien Giang Base". The Guiyang Zhazuo Plant covers an area of 2, 300 mu, while the Vietnam Tien Giang Plant covers an area of 301 mu.

The Company mainly produces truck/passenger car tire, OTR tire, agricultural machinery tire, industrial vehicle tire and special tire of "Advance", "Samson", "Tornado", and other brands, a total of 5 series of more than 3, 000 specifications and models. It is one of the tire manufacturers with relatively complete specifications and models of commercial tire in China. The Company's marketing is mainly based on the replacement market, supplemented by the supporting market and group customers. It has set up agents (or distributors) in 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in China and more than 130 countries and regions abroad, and has established supporting relationships with well-known enterprises at home and abroad such as Sany Heavy Industry, Zhenhua Group, John Deere, AL-KO, and New Holland.

According to the revenue and profit of 34 tire companies in 2020, the Tyrepress, a British magazine, issued the 2021 Global Top 34 Tire Companies Ranking, the Company was ranked 28th and ranked 8th in the Chinese tire industry ranking.
